Level 1
Service Level 1 contains an annual maintenance of the systems including an integrity check (system is undamaged, the mounting is secure, the system is fully functional, battery capacity is still sufficient). If minor defects are detected, such as a defective cover cap or a porous rubber seal, these are replaced directly on site. Additional „on demand“ visits can also be booked.

Level 2
Service Level 2 supplements Level 1. Our technician visits up to twice a year for an inspection and also offers operator training on our systems. You can also use this package to book the inspection of third-party devices.
In addition, you receive a replacement device for each product type at a 20% discount as well as client software support (IGEL, NYMI).

Level 3
Service Level 3 includes additional benefits compared to Level 2, such as four service appointments. Predefined spare parts are kept in stock to ensure they can be quickly made available or replaced by the service technician when needed. Our team is available via the 24-hour emergency hotline.
